The Holiday Samira offers its guests two different types of comfortable and spacious apartments that are located in front of the beach at 20 m from the stretch of sea between Catania and Taormina. All homes have sea views and are arranged on two floors plus the ground floor.

TYPE 1

The first type of apartments by at least 70 square meters, located on the ground floor, first and second, offers a particularly warm thanks to the large spaces that can accommodate up to 6 people. A large living room tastefully furnished with sea view, has at its core a table for six where you can summon in the moments of conviviality. A comfortable sofa that, if necessary, can turn into a double bed, make it more pleasant the moments you want to relax. A semi-kitchen area with fridge, stove and equipped with crockery and cutlery ... will be the ideal place to test their skills as a chef. Two rooms can be pretty allestiste with double bed or two single beds. A beautiful sea view terrace of nearly 35 square meters has a useful table for six people to have breakfast in the morning as the sun rises from the sea. Another terrace of almost 20 square meters will allow you to enjoy the view of Mount Etna.

TYPE 2

The second type are sea view apartments of 45 square meters, each capable of accommodating up to 4/5 persons on 2 floors plus the ground floor. The centerpiece of the house consists of a stay of almost 25 square meters overlooking the sea. Inside there is a concealed kitchenette equipped with dishes, cutlery, stove and small fridge. On the sofa bed in the living room telling you relax during the good times we spent the day. A small balcony is the place where sitting enjoying a coffee with a background of ocean waves. Another room can be arranged either as double or as a double and, if necessary, will be added to a comfortable extra bed.
